Registration

 

If you wish to enroll your child(ren) in our after school tutoring classes you will need to register and pay 3 days prior to the class.

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.

• By Mail: Please print the registration form, complete, and mail it with your check or money order of $50 to FutureWorld NFP
